What insurance do you take?

ABH, Aetna, Anthem, Buckeye, BWC, Care Source, Cigna, Coventry, Gateway, Humana, MedMutual, Medigold, Molina, Paramount, Tricare, VA.

What type of therapy do you have?

Physical, occupational and speech therapies. We also offer Vital Stim therapy.

How many private rooms are available?

4

What are the staffing ratios?

Census dictates the staffing ratio. STNA ratios are typically 1 to 15. Two nurses work on the first shift plus administrative nursing staff works 8 hours. Second shift has 2 nurses plus administrative staff for part of the shift. One third shift nurse.

Is the food homemade?

Yes. We employ a former restaurant manager as our dietary manager who oversees the preparation of the food. We offer a regular menu, alternate menu, and an always available menu to our residents.

Do you have a separate Dementia unit and music and memory programs?

We do not have a separate Dementia unit. We do have music and memory programs.

What activities do you have?

Seasonal outings, games, movies, cooking class, trivia, bingo, community events at our facility, holiday celebrations, and religious services.

Can my loved one receive mail?

Mail is delivered to residents personally on a daily basis except for weekends and holidays.
