At Country Meadow Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we believe that fostering a positive and uplifting atmosphere greatly contributes to our residents’ overall experience. To achieve this, our facility offers a diverse range of daily activities and special events throughout the year. Our residents can enjoy picnics with entertainment, heartwarming Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for both residents and guests, and regular Veterans recognitions to honor their service. We take pride in hosting the annual community Easter egg hunt for ClearFork Valley, fostering community engagement and joy.
Our list of special events and activities is thoughtfully designed to cater to the interests and preferences of our residents. These include engaging activities like musical performances, updates on current events, newspaper reading, singing exercises, fitness and stretching sessions, religious meetings, entertainment shows, interactive games, trivia challenges, historical discussions, gardening opportunities, and enriching field trips and outings. We actively encourage resident and family involvement through councils and volunteer programs.
As part of our commitment to the local community, we coordinate activities with organizations like the Chamber of Commerce and the Lions Club, strengthening bonds and promoting a sense of belonging. Additionally, we happily host the community’s Halloween trick-or-treat celebrations, adding to the spirit of fun and togetherness.
We love having local volunteers here at Crestline Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Our volunteers assist us with our activities and they visit one-on-one with our residents.
